The resort offers fifteen luxury apartments that encircle tropical gardens filled with swaying coconut palms, exotic flowering plants, art objects and a 42-foot heated pool. Most ground level units also have private gardens *** Luxury Apartments*** Each private apartment has a comfortable living room (most with futon sleepers), Queen or King bedroom, tile bath, fully equipped kitchen, 2 cable TVs, VCR or DVD, CD player, individual central air conditioning & heat, and unique Asian decor accents. Premium units feature private gardens, luxury showers with European dual showerheads, skylights, antiques and original Asian artwork.

RATES & RESERVATIONS - Rates are based on double occupancy, plus tax. Most units have futon sleeper sofas so guests may add up to 2 children @ $50 per child. 50% deposit is required for booking with balance due on arrival. HOUSEKEEPING & LINENS - Our apartments include one full maid service apartment cleaning each 7 days with a complete set of clean linens. Weekly rates include one free additional linen exchange per week. APARTMENT EQUIPMENT - Each apartment and kitchen is fully equipped with all linens, cookware, kitchen utensils, glassware, hair dryers and a starter set of paper goods, trash bags, soaps & toiletries. You'll also find a selection of books, playing cards, maps, menus and magazines in each unit. We have blenders, special cooking pots, beach chairs, beach toys and a growing collection of many other items guests can borrow. Beach bikes are available to guests at no charge. There are washers, dryers & BBQ grills on site. Change overday negotiable.
Miles of white, sandy beaches surround our peninsula on the Gulf and Tampa Bay. The resort is a short walk from beaches on both sides. Anna Maria Village beaches are the most peaceful and private on our island because there are no resorts, condos or hotels directly on the beach; only sea grass, palms and private homes.

***Exotic Gardens *** The apartments surround an exotic tropical garden swimming pool area with dozens of Asian artefacts. These include one of the largest Thai teak “spirit houses” in the US; “Prat Apaimanee”, a bronze rendition of a mythological Thai hero; intricately carved teak wall panels; ceramic urns from Thailand and Burma; “Chang”, a life-sized baby elephant carved from Acacia wood, and a number of Tiki-style grass huts and umbrellas for guest enjoyment.
