Standard Rates are US$700 to 750 per Villa per night, and Peak Season Rates are US$900 per night. Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Tax and Airport Transfers. Rates are applicable for a maximum of eight (8) persons. Extra person charge is US$50 per person per night. Transfers are charged at US$10 each way, for a maximum of six (6) persons. Peak Season Dates Christmas and New Years – 18 December till 7 January annually Chinese New Year – One week before till one week after Chinese New Year Easter – One week before till one week after Easter Sunday.
