This wonderful villa is in a quiet residential area known as 'Les Fonts'.It has lovely views towards the Javea coast and is set in a very private secluded hedged garden. The villa is on one level with steps from the glazed naya down to the large swimming pool with amble sun terracing for perfect summer living and a pagola for shade for those hotter days. The villa is fully air-conditioned and gas centrally heated for winter lets. It has two double bedrooms one with ensuite a twin room and a large shower room. The living room is spacious and has a wide screen TV, English sky TV package, playstation 2 and games, DVD's, CD player, all for the use of our guests and their children. For the golfers among us ,Javea golf course is a five minute drive. Javea port and excellent Arenal beach with shops, bars and restaurants are a 15 minute drive. A car is necessary to appreciate all the attractions and beauty of this part of the Costa Blanca.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.In the event of a cancellation before 8 weeks of arrival the 25% deposit will be retained, with-in 4 weeks of arrival 50% of the total cost will be payable , anything less than 4 weeks ,the total amount 100% will remain payable,unless there are exceptional circumstances.An additional refundable deposit of £ 200 is payable to cover possible losses/breakages. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure. All linen, bath and hand towels are included and there is a weekly linen change. Long term lets and winter lets will be considered ,rates and requirements can be discussed with owner. Change overday Saturday.
Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but with-in easy access to road/motorway exits and nearby towns , supermarkets and amenities. It is decorated to a high standard and has lovely views in all directions and glimpses of the sea towards Javea.Outside there are electric gates through which there is amble parking. The large 10x5 pool enjoys all day sunshine and there is plenty of space for those all important sun-beds. There are inflatables for use in the pool and a pump incase they go floppy! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an iron, ironing board and hair drier for use of our guests. An outside BBQ should be completed near the pool and pegola for your enjoyment in time for summer rentals. The villa is cleaned to a high standard between lets. All rooms have air-conditioning for your comfort. The naya is fully glazed with sliding patio doors , so as to enjoy the out-side in and watch the amazing sunsets.
Area Information
Benitachell is a village that lies half way between the resorts of Javea and Moraira. Our villa however is situated closer to Javea. Javea golf course is a 5 mins drive, the nearest large supermarket 'Mercadonas'is a 10 mins drive.It is also a 10 mins drive to Javea 'Old town’ picturesque port and harbour and a 15 mins drive from villa to the lovely Arenal beach; where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira is a 15/20 mins drive.
