Ten kilometres south of Torrevieja, the Villa is located on a newly developed peninsula, adjacent to Cabo Roig village. The area has the benefit of numerous modern bars and restaurants, most of which are multi-lingual - where you may practise your Spanish if you so wish.
Major airport is Murcia 10 miles away.
Port of Bilbao is 850 away.
Alicante railway station is 40 km away.

Arrival and departure days are not restricted to weekends. Long-term rental discounts available - please contact us for details. £100 non-returnable deposit required upon booking. Final payment is due eight weeks prior to departure date and should include an additional £100 security deposit which will be refunded upon confirmation that the villa has been left in good condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover for the duration of your holiday. Change overday flexible.
Parking is available at the front of the villa. The road leads directly to the sea and the promenade. The villa has three sun-terraces each with a sea view. Cabo Roig Marina, La Manga and the Mar Menor are visible from the promenade.
Local Area
The lively town centre of Torrevieja with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and resturants, is four miles away. Buses are available hourly during the day to Torrevieja, Cartagena and Alicante.
Health
Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, sauna, bars and resturant.
Golf Information
There are seven internationally acclaimed golf-courses within easy reach. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
