The rent includes the weekly cleaning, electricity (except for lets of 3 months or longer), and all linen and towels (Except beach and pool). For stays in excess of 1 week, a linen and towel change is provided every 7 days During the summer months change over day is a Saturday. However, if you need us to make alternative arrangements, please advise at time of booking. In winter months, there is more flexibility with changeover days Change overday negotiable.
