This duplex apartment occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of a 4 storey block with external stairs leading to a private front door and further stairs internally leading to the well furnished lounge/dining room. With views over the gardens, the main terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the afternoon and evening sun and the apartment, which has recently been redecorated to a high standard, has a bright, airy and spacious feel. The bathroom comprises a vanity sink unit with large mirror, a bath with shower over and WC and bidet. An electric water heater provides the apartment with constant hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a plumbed-in washing machine for the convenience of guests.
Location
Calahonda is situated between Marbella and Fuengirola, 25 minutes from Malaga airport. The area has excellent rail and road communications and is within easy access of Seville, Grenada, Mijas, Ronda, Cordoba and the many tourist attraction of the Costa del Sol. Locally, there are many excellent bars, restaurants, shopping centres and beaches and, whether you prefer an activity holiday or just relaxing by the pools or on the beach, Calahonda is the perfect base.
Car use is not necessary.

There are several excellent shops, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk of the apartment but, for those who want to travel further afield, a short car or bus journey will take you to the bustling town of Fuengirola, glitzy Marbella or the quaint village of Mijas. Of particular interest might be the beautiful port and beach at Cabopino, only a five minute drive away (or three stops on the local bus). Calahonda also boasts a 'road-train’, which links the main shopping centres of the town with the local beach.
Golf Information
The apartment is close to the many golf clubs in the Costa Mijas region and is therefore the perfect base for a golfing holiday.
