It has a roman head swimming pool surrounded by terraces, large garden area with lawn and a centennial pine tree. Entrance leads to large hall with marble floors, to one side of the house you have 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), to the other side you have the kitchen leading to a separate dining area, large living with access to the terrace and pool area. The 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located opposite the kitchen entrance door. Staircase to the 1st floor from the entrance hall leading to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large terrace with beautiful sea views. Also separate sunbathing terrace with 180º sea views. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with easy access to all amenities, including beach, beach restaurants, marina, shops and the historical town of Lagos. Maid 2 xs per Week.
