The lanai is split into two main area the solar heated pool and the outdoor dining and seating area (which is roofed and weatherproofed).We have all necessary items for your convenience dishwasher, washer/dryer, VCR/DVD, boom-box, hairdryers & microwave. We have maps, guides, games & a library of DVD's, books and magazines for you to browse through & we hope that we have supplied everything you will need for you to enjoy home from home living during your vacation. We have furnished the villa to the highest of standards and our light and spacious villa has vaulted ceilings, & is fully carpeted/tiled throughout. Our lounge area is modern, comfortably furnished and has a TV/VCR/DVD. The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen (with a separate laundry room) and every appliance you will need including microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, large US style fridge/freezer (with ice making facility) and a waste disposal unit. There is also a breakfast bar area and dining area overlooking the pool and lanai. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dresser, TV and bedside telephone, with en-suite master bathroom containing a walk in shower & twin wash basins. We also have a queen bedroom & a twin bedroom with another bathroom with bath and shower. We have supplied everything you will need (including all bedding, all linens, hairdryers - even beach towels for use) so that you can enjoy your vacation time in our villa and in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida with an extensive waterway system of over 400 canals, near Fort Myers and is ideally situated for the Everglades, Sanibel, Captiva as well as the local beaches, golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants and bars,(Driving times from other major places are: Ft Myers airport 25 minutes, Disney World, Orlando Airport 3hours, Miami 2.5 hours and Tampa 2 hours). In Cape Coral you have the best of all world - beaches, golf courses, shopping malls & restaurants
Major airport is Fort Myers airport 10 miles away.

Cape Coral is ideally suited for everyone, whether you just want to relax by the pool, do a bit of shopping, go to the many beaches, play some golf, swim, fish or sail. Our villa is perfectly located for all of these activities. The shopping malls of Tanger Factory Store, Miromar Outlet, Bell Tower shops and the Edison Mall are all within easy driving distance and great for picking up designer bargains.As well as that, you can actually walk from our home to local restaurants and bars, so if you have been out driving all day, you can leave the car at home and walk to these.

There are golf courses in abundance in Cape Coral (47 just in the near vacinity), some only minutes from the villa, and the choice is endless -so pick your tee time and be assured of a leasurely round.

The choice is endless - you can choose from casual eating (chain restaurants) to fine cuisine, so whatever your taste, you will find something that hits the spot - be it a steakhouse, tex mex, chinese or real american diners. Bennigans and Applebees both offer bar and restaurant service and have great food in a relaxing atmosphere.Visit the Prawnbroker restaurant in Ft Myers and enjoy the best fish and seafood in the area - with discounted cocktails and complementary appetizers during happy hour.Sample the restaurants of Captiva and Sanibel and treat yourself to fine dining in Dolce Vita with nightly entertainment.
