The villa Frangipani is big, beautiful, and set amongst tropical fruit trees on one acre of lush hillside on the eastern edge of Castries, the Capital. The view is stunning and panoramic. To the west you overlook the majestic, residential Morne Fortune mountain, the city with its busy deep water harbour, and the small airstrip and beach on the Vigie peninsula. Round to the north you have the sapphire-blue Caribbean sea with the mountainous island of Martinique in the distance. This is an ecological holiday site.

The price is based on occupancy, ie 1-2 adults £400.00 per week, 3-4 adults £500.00 per week, 5-6 adults £600.00 per week. Two children under 12 years of age will be included in these prices. Change overday negotiable.
One of the prettiest villas on the island available to holiday makers, Frangipani is situated in a semi-rural neighbourhood on the very edge of town, and has louvered doors and windows making it light and cool. Frangipani is not a resort. Far from the madding crowd but within easy reach of restaurants, clubs and shopping, the nearest beach is approximately 20 minutes walk away, or a very short bus ride away. The local bus is regular and you can sometimes hail the driver from the verandah.
Frangipani sleeps six people in comfort, but is just as cosy for two. The spacious master bedroom (17ft x 14ft) has a king-size bed, and there are two further double bedrooms (12ft x 12ft), one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom and one between the double bedrooms. There is also a wooden enclosed shower in the garden. The huge living-room (25ft x 25ft) has a breakfast bar, and is furnished with two four-seater settees, two matching armchairs and other comfortable seating, and there are pretty patterned straw mats on the stained wooden floor.
There is a stereo system and radio, and a telephone. The living-room opens out onto a magnificent verandah (15ft x 44ft) with breathtaking views all around. The verandah has a solid round pine table which seats up to 12 guests, also a Mexican hammock, two teak loungers, and two rocking chairs for your further relaxation and comfort. The kitchen comes equipped with a large American refrigerator, microwave, oven, and all you'll need for self catering. There is a spacious utility room with a washing machine, electric iron, and other useful amenities. Bedclothes are changed once a week, and towels twice weekly. The villa is cleaned once a week.

The location of beautiful Frangipani is quite exceptional - it's high above La Pansee, with a spectacular view over the Castries valley, the town and the bay beyond. We could easily have spent the entire holiday sitting on the verandah enjoying the view and watching boats and little planes coming and going!
