This newly built Villa stands in secluded grounds approx. 10 minutes walk away from Almirida sea front where you will find Shops / Bars / Tavernas / Coffee Shop and Mini Markets. The Villa is fully Air Conditioned. There is a fully fitted Kitchen with Washing Machine and Fridge/Freezer. Off the Living Area on the Ground Floor there is a Double Bedroom. On the First Floor, a Double and a Twin Bedded Room. There is a fully fitted Bathroom with Bath/Shower/WC. The balconies have amazing view over Almirida. There is a Swimming Pool ( 4.95m x 9.95 m ) in the grounds (exclusive) together with a BBQ area, Sun Loungers etc. and tables and chairs for eating 'al-fresco' We offer a full Villa service with Towel and Linen change. Villa Varvara has three double sized bedrooms plus there is a futon style settee in the living area on the first floor for additional sleeping if required. There is a fully fitted bathroom. The kitchen is complete with washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Full inventory of pots/pans etc for 8 persons. The villa stands in its own grounds approx. 10 minutes walk away from Almirida. The swimming pool is in the grounds and is for exclusive use of guests of Villa Varvara. There is a sun lounging area and BBQ area in the grounds. The villa is fully air conditioned for the summer months and heated for the Winter. Pets and children are most welcome but we do ask that parents keep a watchful eye on children especially around the pool area. There are additional terraces at the front and the rear of the property. Location
Almirida is a small village ( fishing ) lying on the eastern coast of Souda Bay approx. 20 minutes from the ancient town of Chania. The surrounding area, with picturesque villages, lovely beaches and historical sites makes it one of the most worthwhile areas on the Island of Crete. For clients who have not booked airport transport, there will be an additional charge of £10.00 per person. Our prices are PER VILLA - PER WEEK. The Village of Almirida Bay is very close to Chania (the ancient capital) and approx. 20 minutes away from Chania Airport. The Villa is situated in its own private, secluded, grounds approx 10 minutes walk (flat!) from the Almirida sea-front. Passing the Almirda Beach Hotel on your right, continue under the bridge until you come to a 'X' roads, 25 yards on your right is VILLA VARVARA. The sandy beach at Almirida is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water-sports. The island's only inland lake - Lake Kournas - is approx. 20 minutes drive away. Guests may also fly into Heraklion Airport and we will arrange transport if no car hire has been previously booked.

Is one of a small number of Villas we have had specially commissioned from a local Builder of high reputation.T he Villa stands on a former Olive Grove and has Olive, Lemon and Orange trees in the grounds. Villa Varvara is finished to a high standard and is hard to believe that you are staying in a holiday rental ! There is fully air conditioning for the hot Summer months and heating for Winter lets. In the grounds there is exclusive use of a Swimming Pool, BBQ and Sun Lounging area.

This area around Chania is full of Villages / Beaches / Mountains and Coves just waiting to be discovered. Chania ( Hania ) is only a short distance away and there you will find yourself marvelling at the old Venetian quarter and famous Harbourside Tavernas and bars whilst you watch the world go by. Walkers and history buffs will have more than plenty to keep themselves happy and amused !
