This delightful and charming Provencal villa is a comfortable and well furnished family home with swimming pool, that sleeps 6 people. It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village of Cogolin. The ground floor consists of a large bright and sunny L-shaped sitting room/dining room with lots of comfy arm chairs and sofas, kitchen with breakfast table, and WC. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom (with 6 ft King size bed) with en-suite bathroom containing two hand basins and shower. There are two further bedrooms (both with two single beds), a bathroom with basin and a bath with shower attachment, and a separate WC.

Note:
Linen is provided at a cost of £5 per person per week to cover washing and ironing. Changeover day is FRIDAY. The house is set in gardens with a part shaded terrace at the front, with tables and chairs and the swimming pool. The pool measures 8m x 3.75m and has a whirlpool. At the back of the house there is another part shaded terrace with built in BBQ and ping-pong table. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.
Location
The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac in a residential areas on the outskirts of the village of Cogolin. There is a short walk to a bakers and large supermarket. The centre of the village is about a 10 mins walk further on where you will find all the shops, bars and restaurants. There are many monuments and places of interest to visit, and the village is renowned for its pipe and rug making. There are numerous beaches near by and they all offer a variety of water sports. All the local villages have markets once or twice a week where you can buy anything from fruit and veg to clothes to books to antiques to pottery etc.
Major airport is Nice / Marseille 100 km away.
Port of Toulon is 60 away.
Frejus/St Raphael or Toulon railway station is 60 km away.
Nearest freeway exit is 40 km away.(Le Luc or Le Muy 40 Kms)
Car use is recommended.

Linen extra at £5 per person per week. 25% deposit to hold reservation. Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Breakages/damages deposit of £200 required with balance, which is returned to you within two weeks of your departure. Change overday Friday.
There are beautiful walks and cycle rides in the surrounding countryside, and the beaches offer most water sports. You can go wine tasting in all the local wine chateaux, take boat rides round the Gulf of St Tropez or to the islands off Hyeres.
Places to visit
Cogolin is not far from the autoroute and Cannes and Monte Carlo are all within reach for a day trip. There are the beautiful Provencal villages near by of Grimaud, Gassin, La Garde Freinet, Collobieres and the little Venice at Port Grimaud. The famous town of St Tropez with all it's famous stars and beautiful yachts is only 10 Kms away.
Beaches
The nearest beach is at Marines de Cogolin, but the long stretch of beach at Ramatuelle, (the Baie de Pampelonne) has many restaurants and bars, and offers lots of water sports.
Golf Information
There are golf courses at Grimaud, Beauvalon, Ste Maxime, Rocquebrune sur Argens, and a golf practice at Gassin.
