Roche is a quality development on the Cadiz-Malaga road near to the village of Conil and to the town of Chiclana. There are beautiful beaches, shops and lots of restaurants serving local delicacies.
Roche has a clubhouse within walking distance which has a restaurant and supermarket. There are tennis courts and football/basketball courts and Roche Beach is itself regarded as one of the best in Spain. The beach is 15 minutes walk away and has bars and restaurants serving local food.
The house has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a terrace for entertaining outside and a large reception area inside. The gardens are very nice with pine trees (some 300 years old) that make this garden a real feature. This villa has its own pool (currently being completed), a terrace and BBQ area with garden furniture for private sunbathing. The house has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances of any modern household. Towels (not beach towels) and linen are included in the price.

For the golfers amongst you there are several courses near by. Closest is the Seve Ballesteros designed Championship standard Sancti Petri which has 2 courses. Also close by is San Andres which is regarded as a fine test of golf by those who have graced the narrow, flat fairways, which wander through the pine trees of the private estate of San Andres. The villa is perfectly placed for all the other main golf courses on the Costa de la Luz, including further championship courses designed by Jack Niclaus (Montecastillo),Jose Maria Olazabal (Costa Ballena) and the wonderful MontenMedio.
