The bedrooms are 1 with a king sized bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The bathroom has got a bath with shower, toilette, bidet and 2 wash basins with a large mirror. Towels and sheets are provided. For a 2 week stay or more towels and sheets are changed. There is no cleaning service included during the stay but you can order some at 10 euros per hour. The property is equipped with cleaning tools and products. The nearest beach ( pebbled ) is at 20 minutes walk or at 5 minutes drive. The nearest sandy beach is at 15 minutes drive at Port de Soller.

To guarantee the booking a deposit of 300 euros is required and full payment is to be done 8 weeks before arrival. Credit card details are asked for security. In case of cancellation: Cancel 8 weeks before arrival you only loose the 300 euros deposit. Cancel less than 8 weeks of arrival you loose full payment. Change overday flexible.
Although Mallorca is more known as a summer destination, Deya is a place to be visited any time during the year, the best period I suggest is May and April. The weather is lovely and the blossom is incredible! It is the best time for those who like walking.
