Located along Highway 27 on the Four Corners Development. Our villa was completed in 2002. The spacious accommodation is fully air conditioned and can sleep up to ten people. Accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 2 twins, The master suite is fitted with a king size bed. 3 bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating area, laundry room, lounge, with sofa bed and dining room. The layout of the villa places two bedrooms and a bathroom at the front of the villa, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms at the back. The kitchen and living areas are central. This is especially useful for two family groups sharing but who wish to retain some privacy. The pool is south west facing and is fully enclosed.

Our home is conveniently located at the Four Corners development on Highway 27 three miles north of Interstate 4 junction 55 (direct access from the International Airport, 35 minutes drive). Highway 27 boasts a range of shops and restaurants, however, the road remains largely traffic free and therefore gives easy access to all of Central Floridas major attractions. Typically Disney is 15 minutes away, while Universal and Seaworld will take about 25 minutes. Highway 192 which has an abundance of shops and restaurants is 3 miles to the north.
Pool and Deck
During the day, or when you return from the parks you can enjoy the south west facing screened pool deck with your own 28 x 14 ft pool. Patio furniture is provided. We also have a covered lanai area to shade you from the Florida sun. The access door to the pool deck has a standard child alarm. For extra safety we have installed a safety fence across the lanai entrance to provide a physical barrier between the house and pool. Please note that the pool can be heated (additional charge applies). You may find this of benefit if you are staying between the months of October and April
House Facilities
There is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave and dishwasher. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an ironing board and iron for your convenience. You can relax in the well appointed lounge, which has cable TV and radio/CD player. Thelounge also has a double bed settee. Our fully furnished dining area is ideal for guests wishing to enjoy a meal at home. There are two additional TV's situated in the double bedrooms. All towels and linen is provided.
Golf Information
Our home is ideally situated for the golf enthusiast. There are approximately 20 first class courses within a short drive, most notably the recently built Champions Gate development, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Diamondback. Comprehensive details including directions and locations of all golf courses in the Orlando area can be supplied to renters.
