A well appointed and spacious, privately owned and maintained terraced bungalow, situated in a mainly residential area on the Golf Del Sur complex. Fairway Village is surrounded by the nine hole links golf course, which is part of the 27 hole championship golf course of Golf Del Sur. Golf concessions available, so please ask when you book. The house consists of two bedrooms,(one twin bedded and a large single (4ft). The bathroom has a bath with a shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. The lounge is large and has a conservatory at one end, plus an adjoining fully fitted kitchen. Outside there is a roof terrace for sunbathing, as well as gardens to the front and rear of the property allowing sunbathing all day long. On site there are two swimming pools (one is heated), a toddlers pool, supermarket and poolside bar/restaurant.

Location
Fairway Village is a ten minute walk away from the San Blas Commercial Centre on Golf Del Sur, with all its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is a new all year round bowling green just a fifteen minute walk away, on the Golf Del Sur Complex. Diving can be found at the San Blas centre plus at El Medano, Las Galletas and at Los Cristianos all a fifteen minute drive away. The fishing village of Los Abrigos is a ten minute drive away, with its well known fish restaurants.
Major airport is Tenerife Sur (Reina Sofia) 5 km away.
Nearest freeway exit is 1 km away.(TF1 Motorway)

The bungalow faces west, so that the back garden at the bungalow has the sun in the morning, for breakfasts in the sun and the front faces west, so that you can sunbathe at the front, hence you can access sun all day long. There is also a sun terrace on the roof giving you more privacy. As the bungalow is in a mainly residential area, it is quieter than the holiday complexes, although you are only a ten minute walk from the San Blas Commercial Centre with its varied restaurants, bars, shops and a church. The complex also has three pools, one heated, a toddlers pool plus a poolside restaurant and bar. There is also a mini supermarket on site.
Local interest
Los Cristianos is a fifteen minute drive away and is the nearest large town, with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Las Americas is a twenty minute drive away, if a lively time is required. Buses run regularly to all parts of the island and taxis are available at reasonable prices. The local village of Los Abrigos is a 5 minute drive away and is famous for its fish restaurants. Varius excursions to Mount Teide, La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz, and many other historical sites can be booked in the San Blas Commercial Centre. El Medano is a 10 minute drive away and has the only natural beach in the south of the island. It is very popular with wind surfers and locals alike.
