This villa is a brand new luxury designer house situated 5 mins away from the up market village of San Jose. The village is extremely beautiful and boasts many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. All within 5 minutes of the villa are the fantastic beaches of Cala Jondal, Es Torrent and Es Xarcu. Also the Beach Clubs: Blue Marlin and Tropicana which are situated on Cala Jondal. The beach of Cala D'Hort with breathtaking views out to Es Vedra is 10 minutes away. Salinas beach is also only 10 minutes drive away with the famous Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa beach/bar restaurants. There is a riding stables within 2 km of the villa and 2 golf courses within 20 minutes drive. The villa is very private, set in its own protected pine forest, however just 10 minutes drive takes you to lively Ibiza Town.
