The villa has a beautiful sea front with a long and lonely sandy beach with protected dunes where no new building is allowed. There is no road but sandy path between the house and the beach and through the pine forest a path for walking/cycling to Isla Cristina town. The property has 125m2 furnished indoor with 3 double bedrooms (the master and 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, living-room with two sofa-beds, fireplace, TV, video, CD, electrical heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, all domestic appliances and a 500 m2 court with a porch, fireplace for barbecues, fountain, garden with orange, palm trees, flowers plants. Upstairs, 100m2 terrace, partially covered and shaded by a pink bougainvillaea tree, a solarium with beautiful views of countryside, woods and dunes. Whole property surrounded by a wall for privacy.

Meat, fresh fruit and vegetables can also be bought here. Well supplied supermarkets in town are Consum (good), Dia, Lidl (the cheapest) and Jamon.

250 Euros Security Deposit per week is required upon booking. Long term rentals of the villa at lower prices are wellcome within October-March. For details contact the owner (by email or phone). If possible, arrival (changeover) day should be Saturday. Nevertheless, it could be negotiable. Change overday Saturday.
The villa is at the sea front of a quiet, lonely and safe residential area with about 10 family houses surrounded by a clean and fine beach and a beautiful landscape of pine and eucalyptus woods, all within a littoral Nature reserve with plenty of birds, some rabbits and chameleons (the only ones in Spain and maybe in Europe).
The Gastronomy and the transport

Restarurants, cafes and supermarkets
Many restaurants in the area. Specialities are fresh sea fish, mussels, prawns, lobsters, etc and Iberian meat, ham and sausages. Not expensive to dine out.
Golf Information
There are two excellent golf courses, Isla Canela and Isla Antilla (27 holes), at 3-10 km from the villa (see www.andalucia-golf.com). Visitors are welcome.
