As you enter this stylishly furnished villa, you'll find the family bathroom to your right off the entrance hall and a separate cloakroom to your left. The spacious air-conditioned master bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom and has patio door access to the sun terrace. Turning left from the entrance hall you'll find the twin bedroom on your left and open the plan dining room, with seating for six, and patio door entry to the sun terrace ahead of you. The fitted kitchen is located off the dining room and is fully equipped with appliances including, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & fridge / freezer. The open plan living room has comfortable seating for five and the larger sofa is a sofa bed with sprung mattress. There is a TV with UK 'Free to Air' Sat TV available. There is also a DVD Player for your use. The living room also has patio door access to the sun terrace, where you'll find table and chairs for six. The terrace has sea and communal pool views and a fixed barbeque.
