It is situated a comfortable 55 minutes between either Alicante or Valencia airport, removing it in location from the more overly developed areas of the Costa Blanca. Shopping and the town centre are also 5 minutes.In addition the port of Javea with its delightful restaurants is easily accessable.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped for 8 persons. Separate utility room for clothes washing and drying. In addition there are wheel-chair ramps into the house and to the pool area and all rooms and doors have enough clearance for wheelchair use including the bathroom. This is a very 'handicap friendly house'. There are 3 golf courses in the immediate area to choose from and a separate small 'study' filled with books for your reading pleasure. Unfortunately because of the hilly terrain and the overhang of the pool, this house is not suitable for toddlers.
