Suitable for everyone including disabled. A car is not required because it is so close to town centre and to supermarkets etc. and the buses, from the bus stop immediately outside the front door, will take you to Cannes, Nice and all the towns in between.
This is not just a rental property this is our winter home and it is equipped and furnished accordingly. The beach within 300m is the main public beach and has beautiful fine sand which is cleaned daily. All the beaches have a blue flag.

The living room has a kitchen at one end which is fully equipped. There is a sofa bed in living room which converts into an extremely comfortable double bed. In bedroom there are 2 90cm single beds that can be put together to make a large double bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate.
Location
We are located on the coast in between Nice and Cannes - 18km from Nice and 8km from Cannes. this makes it really easy to explore the whole length of the Riviera which is accessed via the coast road and railway which also runs along the coast. We have a bus stop immediately outside the front door of the building and the railway station is a 5 minute walk away.
We are situated in a mature part of town on the bus route through Juan-les-Pins. It is close enough to all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, boutiques for them all to be within walking distnce.
Major airport is NCE 18 km away.
Nearest freeway exit is 3 km away.()

There is a charge for bed linen and towels, if required, and for cleaning at the end of the holiday.
This is the premier resort on the Riviera for playing all night and sleeping all day on the beach!!!
We are close enough to all the night clubs to walk to them very easily but far enough away from the hubbub not to be disturbed by it.
Shopping Holiday
You can shop to your heart's content at the designer boutiques in Juan-les-Pins, in Nice, Monte Carlo and Cannes. Ventimiglia, just over the border in Italy, has a very large market that also sells designer goods at reasonable prices.
Sightseeing Holiday
Visit all the towns and villages along the Riviera, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and many other places by public transport.
Antibes which is next to Juan-les-Pins and is only 2kms away has several museums, a regular market and flea market.
There is a very large funfair and the largest marinelife park in Europe just a short bus ride away.
