Serena Sunrise is a prestigious new development of 45 apartments completed in 2002 to a very high modern standard only a five-minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Paphos and fifteen min walk to the picturesque harbour. A focal point in the complex is the communal swimming pool with ornamental bridge, palm trees and colourful shrubs (see photo). Surrounding this is 800m2 patio for leisurely uncrowded sunbathing. This two-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor and the main balcony (see photo) looks out over the pool and enjoys the sun for most of the day.

The apartment is larger than average, fully air conditioned with two large bedrooms. the main bedroom with a double bed large fitted wardrobes and built in dressing table. The second bedroom has two twin beds and also has fitted wardrobes and built in dressing table and balcony. The bathroom is completely tiled throughout with the main feature being the double sized shower. The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan with all modern new furnishings and appliances. There are two eating areas, the dining table in the apartment and you can also enjoy eating from the main balcony which overlooks the pool area. Sunbeds and umbrella are provided.
Location
Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus situated on the south-west coast just 15mins drive from the airport. It has the healthiest year-round climate in the Mediterranean. It is home to three great golf courses. The well known famous Coral Bay beach and the Tombs of the Kings (a World Heritage site) is a short drive/bus ride from the apartment. The town centre with local markets and high street shops is within walking distance from the apartment. We are just five minutes
Major airport is Paphos 11 km away.

Please note that on the last day of the holiday this will be treated as changeover day. Holidaymakers may be asked to leave their apartment vacant 12am if another party are due to arrive at 3pm otherwise concessions willl be allowed. The apartment is managed by an English speaking couple. They can arrange return airport transfers on request. Cost: 20CYP return (Paphos), 80CYP return (Larnaca) Price Includes: A courtesy welcome pack. Air conditioning / heating is also included. A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. FOR MY IRISH FRIENDS: Fly direct to Paphos on a Thursday up to the end of April and on a Sunday for the rest of 2004 but book early with Helios at 4740690.
