This 3 storey house is less than 10 mins walk from the beach, passing bars, restaurants and a supermarket. It has a communal pool just out the back and a park behind the development. There are 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a continental twin + a travelcot. There is an en-suite shower room with toilet/basin - a Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and 2 basins and a separate WC with basin on the ground floor. Lovely, good size kitchen with double sink. The washing machine is outside on the sun patio, as well as another shower. Linen and towels (not beach) are provided. The double room has a balcony and the top bedroom has a sun terrace front and back. There is a carport and seating areas front and back. The TV receives the main British TV channels, as well as SKY 1, Sky sports 1&2, Sky movies 1, UK Gold, Discovery and all the Spanish TV. There is also a portable CD/Cassette Radio. Currently, prices are reduced, as the pool will not be completely finished until May.

Note:
There are heaters and fans in each bedroom and the lounge. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is a pull-out washing line on the back patio which gets the sun all day. The extendable dining table seats 6 easily and 8 at a pinch. There is also a high chair for babies. The main bedroom also has a safe. Access - One of us is disabled so we have given this some thought. There are 3 steps up at the front and a single step through the back. The bedrooms (apart from the sofabed) are all upstairs but there are handrails on both sides to all floors. There is toilet and basin on the ground floor. There is also a wheelchair you can borrow if you wish.
Location
This costal holiday village is situated at the southernmost end of the Costa Blanca. This means it is also close to the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor in Murcia, with its flamingos and therapeutic mud! It is just off the Motorway and coastal road that link it to the airports (Mucia and Alicante) and all the local golf courses (3 within 10 mins drive). The resort has a number of beach coves and is part of the massive Orihuela Coast with some of the best beaches in Spain.
Major airport is Murcia (San Javier) 8 km away.

All rates are exc. service charge of 60 euros, payable in cash locally. There will be a security deposit of £150 pounds, payable by cheque. Change overday flexible.
There is a €60 charge (about £40) for cleaning/laundry, which is payable in cash to the English couple who live a few doors down and who handle management for the estate.
Location summary
Torre de la Horadada is where all the local Spaniards have their holiday homes. With great weather, a chain of unspoilt beach coves, little local bars and restaurants, it has a real family, community feel. It is also a great base for Golf as it is situated only 10/15 minutes away from several top courses.
Golf Information
The property is ideally placed betweent eh courses of the southern Costa Blanca and those clubs around Murcia and the Mar Menor. We are just off a motorway junction (A-37). 2 short junctions later (less than 10 mins) and you have access to 3 courses - Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramplas. All in all there are 13 courses that you can reach in an easy hour's drive, includng the famous 3 courses of the La Manga Club, considered the finest in Europe.
