A car is not essential. The LUXURY Villa comprises of three bedrooms 1 twin/2 double, a shower/wc and an en-suite to the 2nd double bedroom found on the lower level with separate entrance (perfect for that extra privacy) The middle floor has a Fully equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area and two large terraces. Facilities include a Bar-B-Que and air conditioning to 2 of the bedrooms if required at a set cost. There are lots of extras - some beach toys for children, SKY SPORT 1&2 and UK TV, CD’s and a wine bucket and champagne glasses if you want to celebrate. (there is no internal access therefore not suitable for young children) There is an out-door shower and non-slip tiling surrounding the pool. It is for the exclusive use of guests. The pool is 7 METRES in length by approx 3.5m wide. DEPTH 1.2m - 2m. Please remember to bring your own Pool/Beach towels. La Mata is also the ideal place for a WINTER golfing holiday or just a break in the sun. There is too much traffic during the summer to drive to the golf courses, but in winter Villamartin Campoamor La Finca Golf and Quesada, are all a 20 min drive away. Villa Oviedo is the perfect base. Play golf one day, blow the cobwebs away walking the glorious beach the next. Many local restaurants stay open all year round! Bowling and a cinema with a screen in English are situated on a complex near Torrevieja. And hours drive away is Terra Mitica the Mediterranean’s largest theme park and Mundomar marine park.

Villa Oviedo is located at the southern end of La Mata Beach. (only 120m walk) 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport or Murcia airport and 5 minutes drive into the bustling town of Torrevieja.
