For those who don't want to miss their favourite programmes we have SKY/BRITISH SATELLITE TV. The beach can be approached either by walking through the pine forest or over the paved sand dunes making accessibility good for everyone. A lovely restaurant built in a boat theme at the top of the pine forest to enjoy a meal or drink. A man-made water fall flows from the top to the bottom of the pine forest, making this a relaxing place to just sit and take in the glorious views of the beach, La Mata and Torrevieaja. Shops, restaurants, bars are all within a 5-10 minute walk. A reliable, local bus service runs every 30 minutes during the day. Taxis and Car Hire can be arranged at very reasonable prices. Welcome packs can be ordered and delivered to the apartment ready on your arrival day. Long rentals can be arranged for the winter period at discounted rates.

La Mata is a lovely, typically-Spanish village with restaurants & bars all situated within 5-10 minutes walk. The cosmopolitan seafront and port of Torreviaja is 3 miles away, a local bus service operates all year round. Craft Markets,Aquapark, & Go-Karts are all within 3 miles. Golfers will enjoy a plentiful choice of golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Parquemar & Vinamar Apartments are only 3 minutes apart making these ideal for family or friends to holiday together!

A 25% booking deposit is required to secure the booking. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure date. A Key/Breakage deposit of £100.00 is also payable with outstanding balance; this will be refunded when keys have been returned and no major breakages have been made. Car hire is through a reputable english car hire company based in the Torrevieja area. Welcome packs are to be ordered prior to departure date and will be deducted from deposit. The prices stated for Parquemar Apartments are for up to 5 people, any additional people (7 in total) will incur an extra charge of £35.00 per person, per week. Long winter lets are available at discounted prices Change overday Saturday.
