A two floor town house in traditional white and terracotta colours with a covered ground floor terrace and an open sun roof. There is a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen. downstairs toilet/washroom and first floor bathroom. Both of the twin bedrooms have air conditioning and open onto a spacious balcony ideal for al fresco breakfasts. There is a fold down single bed (not a sofabed) in the living room making a total of five beds. Finally, there is a large roof terrace with sun loungers, parasol, lunch table and superb views of the Mediterranean and the Montgo mountain. The house is set among beautiful gardens with olive trees, hibiscus, bougainvillaea and palm trees. The communal swimming pool cascades over 5 levels with the upper pools being suitable for younger children. The swimming pool and gardens are communal and tennis and horse riding are available on the complex and the La Sella golf course borders the complex.

La Sella is an exclusive hillside community of bungalows, villas and townhouses situated between Denia and Pedreguer, approximately halfway between Alicante and Valencia, both with international airports and each about an hour away by car. Substantial discounts are available for lets of 4 weeks or more. Rates for these long lets are by negotiation and dependent on the level of service required by the client (ie . cleaning, laundry etc) Change overday Saturday.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) is supplied and changed weekly. Water, electricity and air conditioning (heating in winter) is included. A 20% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Saturday is the normal changeover day. Check in time 4pm, check out time 11am.
General Notes
A car is necessary if you wish to visit Denia and explore the surrounding area.The Denia area is one of the prettiest on the Costa Blanca, full of orange and almond groves with cherry orchards in the nearby mountains. There are many interesting places within easy reach - the mountain villages of Guadalest and Bocairent, the historic towns of Valencia, Gandia and Alicante. In Benidorm (30 mins by car) there is the brilliant Terra Mitica theme park and also MundiMar (like Seaworld) For a spectacular show with dinner, wine and dancing at an all in price try the superb Benidorm Palace. Denia itself is well worth visiting, especially the ancient castle and there is a Tourist Office near the port. There is a frequent ferry service to Ibiza from Denia port. The town is full of excellent restaurants so if you don't fancy shopping and cooking you can try a different restaurant every day.
