Location
The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. Moraira has kept it\\\'s charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise buildings as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which is a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante Airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.
