This house is single storey & has a neat front garden & driveway leading into a large double garage. One enters through the front door into a tiled area which runs into a spacious lounge with high ceilings. The lounge is carpeted & furnished with 2 sofas, large coffee table, T.V. video, stereo and telephone (local calls are free). Two of the bedrooms & one of the bathrooms are located at the front of the house thru an archway near the front door. The dining area has a large dining table & a patio door which leads onto a partly shaded poolside dining area with patio & poolside furniture. child alarm fitted on pool access doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience & has a breakfast table. Two further bedrooms are located to the rear of the house including Master bedroom which has its own TV. Ensuite off master b/room has twin sinks, toilet, shower & large walk-in closet. Second pool access door from en-suite. Friendly & efficient local managment Company on hand

The villa is a short drive from the 192 (marker 5) and is less than 10 mins. drive to Disney's main gate. It is also within short driving distance to numerous Orlando attractions such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, M.G.M, Epcot, Seaworld, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Wet & Wild etc. etc. There are several superb Golf courses nearby including the Palms and Orange Lake among others. There are plenty of facilities in the immediate vicinity on 192 including several shops and excellent restaurants etc. There is also a giant 24 hr. supermarket within 5 minutes drive to cater for all of your needs. For a change of scenery, within 60 mins. drive Busch Gardens can be reached - within 90 mins. the Gulf Coast and Kennedy Space Centre can be reached. For shopping - Florida. Mall and Belz Factory Outlet (fantastic bargains) are both approx 20-25 minutes drive.
Close on 192 there are numerous fine restaurants serving steak, chicken, pasta, seafood, oriental dishes etc. (some in huge portions!). Because the properties are so close to Disney you can easily leave the park (remembering to have your hand stamped - it's invisible and doesn't shower off) and then return to Disney later than evening (free of charge) for the nighttime parade and fireworks show. There is also very easy access to The Wild West Show, American Gladiators, Arabian Nights and numerous other dinner shows. For those who have not completely exhausted themselves during the day visiting the theme parks, Citywalk where there are several shops, bars and restaurants and Pleasure Island featuring 7 clubs, live bands, street parties, dancing, fireworks and a New Years Even Party every night are only a short drive or taxi ride away.
