Completed only in May 2003, this is a luxurious ground floor apartment. The lounge and two of the three bedrooms open to their own Southeast facing terraces, with open views over the Golf Driving Range. The spacious relaxing main bedroom with generous wardrobe space, has an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, a whirlpool bath with shower over, plus toilet and bidet. There are two other attractive bedrooms, again with generous wardrobes. A second bathroom has a wash basin, bath with shower over plus toilet and bidet. The kitchen is very fully equipped with high quality appliances and equipment. A seperate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The lounge is very relaxing and comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. There is satellite TV providing English channels and a mini Hi-Fi system. There is plenty of patio furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

Note:
Please no smoking inside the apartment, but you are very welcome to smoke on the terraces........ Maid service and linen/towel change weekly, usually on Saturdays, included in the rental. You can, if you wish, arrange through Reception for additional maid service and laundry changes when you are in residence, for a small additional charge, which you pay on site........ 'Central heating' refers to four fan-assisted electric convector heaters......... 'Swimming Pool' refers to five outdoor pools, most with a childs pool........ The Fitness Room refers to the on site indoor Health Centre. A small charge for these facilities is payable on site. There is no private pool for our apartment.........
'Tennis Court' refers to four on site all-weather courts........
Location
The Balaia Golf Village with its' testing 9-hole Golf Course, sits between the pretty seaside fishing village of Olhos da Agua and the golden sandy beaches of Praia D'Oura. It is a comfortable ten minute ride to lively Albufeira and within easy reach of Vilamoura, Vale de Lobo and plenty of other main Golf Courses in the Algarve. It is approximately a 2hr-45min flight from Southern UK airports to Faro and around a 35 minute drive from Faro Airport to Balaia Golf Village.
Major airport is Faro Intern away.
Car use is recommended.

The above rates cover a maximum of eight guests. We do not normally accept bookings for less than seven nights, but if that is your requirement please ask. Where a booking spans two price periods, a pro rata calculation will apply Please note that Check In may be possible before 16.00 hours but this cannot be guaranteed. Check Out is by 12.00 hours. These times are to allow Balaia Staff to prepare the Apartment for new visitors. A provisional booking can be made by email or telephone. Change overday negotiable.
If golf is not for you there are also: four all weather tennis courts, five outdoor swimming pools (no charge), each with it's own kiddies pool..... Tennis Court Rental €9.00 per hour..........
Other Facilities
There is on site Management and an excellent 24hr.Reception, where you can: change money, book taxis, book airport transfers, arrange baby sitting, hire cots, etc.. You will find them always most helpful.
Golf Information
Balaia Golf Village has its own award winning, testing, executive 9 hole course, with distances ranging from 67 to 160 metres. You MUST wear proper golf shoes fitted with soft spikes to play this course. There is no handicap requirement. Once you have a confirmed reservation for the apartment, you can book tee times with the Golf Shop, in person or by phone to (00351) 289 570 442. There is a driving range, a practice bunker, chipping and putting greens.
