Outside the property is set on 3 large terraces. The lower terrace contains the pool area and gardens planted mainly with orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. The middle terrace contains a tiled patio area with seating and further planted areas. The villa is located on the upper terrace where there is a lawned area with palm trees and a vine covered BBQ and patio area.

The villa is situated in the hills behind the typically Spanish town of Oliva at the southern end of the Costa del Azahar. Gandia lies to the north and Denia is a 20 minute drive south.

A 30% deposit (non refundable) will secure the booking. Final payment should be made 8 weeks before the holiday start date. During the peak period covering July and August the change over day will normally be Saturday but outside this period we can be more flexible. Change overday flexible.
The town of Oliva is reached by a short drive through the orange groves and provides ample all year round shopping facilities including numerous bars and restaurants. There is also a weekly market which is held on Fridays. Oliva beach is one of the many blue flag beaches in the area. They are mainly backed by dunes and unspoilt. The sand stretches as far as the eye can see and access is unrestricted. The Marina caters for those who wish to take to the sea and deep sea fishing can be arranged. There are also local wind surfing and kite surfing schools.
Golfing facilities
The Oliva Nova golf course is situated near the beach and is less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. Denia and the La Sella golf course is a 20 minute drive to the south on the motorway.
Other attractions
The area around Oliva remains largely unspoit by large scale foreign tourism. However, if you wish to sample the tourist attractions of the Costa Blanca, Benidorm can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car where there is the largest water park in the district and other major attractions.
