This unit has a queen-size bed, has one full bathroom, a nice-sized fully equipped modern kitchen and a 4-seat dining table. There is also a large balcony terrace with panoramic ocean view. Additionally an inflatable double-bed or a rollaway bed with pillows/linen at an extra $10 per night is available and can be comfortably used in this spacious studio condo (650 sq.ft.). The facilities include amongst other a large swimming pool, gym and sauna. Wonderful landscaping of the premises. Enjoy the tranquility and the stroll on the beautiful beach in front of the complex.

Location
On the boulevard along the nicest beach of Aruba: the Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach has been awarded as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world! As you leave the town from Oranjestad towards the major hotels and resorts, pass the roundabout, take a left at the first traffic lights. Drive through and you will find the Oceania resort in less than 1 mile on your right hand. Beachfront, good access, close to town and to many exquisite restaurants of the island. Being on the nicest beach of Aruba, with regular bus service and taxis at your fingertips, a rental car is definitely not a requirement. However, if you wish to explore the more distant and remote areas of the island (which we think you should...), a rental car is then recommended.
Major airport is Queen Beatrix International Airport(AUA) 4 km away.
Eagle beach beach is 20 m away.
Port of Cruise Terminal Oranjestad is 2 km away.

In order to make your reservation, please initially check rates and availability, and then send via e-mail your details and reservation request. You will thereafter receive a response from our company, which may or may not confirm availability shown on the website. If available, you will also receive a form to fill in your credit card details whcih form must be signed and faxed to our company's fax number indicated on such form. For your own security, we prefer to complete the payment process only after having a personal communication (by phone) with yourself or the credit card holder.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of payment due to unexpected cancellations prior to your arrival will be handled as follows: (1) A 20% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations earlier than 30 days before arrival date. (2) A 50% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations between 15 and 30 days before arrival date. (3) A 100% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations within 15 days from arrival date.

We treat all of our guests as special guests. For additional low and reasonable fees, we can arrange anything to make your stay in our condo the most comfortable and enjoyable one you ever experienced during a vacation. We can pick you up at the airport, provide a trustworthy babysitter, arrange a low-rate rental car, or even have a chef cook available for that special or romantic dinner in your condo. Just make your wishes clear to us, and we will do the utmost to comply.
ADJACENT ONE BEDROOM CONDO
For larger families or groups, an adjacent one-bedroom condo (listing #7617 on this site; sleeps 4) with connecting door is also available to rent together with this studio unit (sleeps 2). Additional cots or inflatable bed can be provided at an extra low cost upon request, however we do not recommend more than an 8-person occupancy when renting both studio and one-bedroom.
