It is possible to access the villa for people with wheelchairs since it's all on one level. There are just 2 small steps by the pool area to get to the door area.

The villa is located in the border of the Jalon Valley and Murla Valley. The nearest towns to the villa are Orba, Parcent, Alcalai and Jalon. This valley is very famous for its Mistella wine and the green landscape. You can find many different restaurants in Alcalali and Jalon which offers both international and national food. The beaches of Calpe and Javea are about a 20 minute drive from the villa.

Our prices include: bed linen, towels (no beach towels), final cleaning costs, linen change after the 1st week if the rental is longer then one week, welcome basket and personal meeting by us who will then escort you to the villa so no long searches in the middle of the night. On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which is returned to you one week after departure. This is only used for large damages or if the villa is left in a very dirty state. The costs will be deducted from the total amount and the rest is returned to you by transfer or cheque. Change overday Saturday.
