The villa interior is stylishly furnished to a high European standard and provides comfortable eating, seating and sleeping accommodation for up to eight people. Every care has been taken to ensure you’ll want for nothing during your stay. The living and sleeping areas are fully air-conditioned to keep you cool during even the hottest of tropical days. All downstairs floors are in the finest polished marble, ideal for the tropical climate. The European style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect to find at home. The work surfaces are granite and you’ll find an electric oven and gas hob should you wish to cook during your stay. The lounge comes complete with Cable TV, DVD player and Home Cinema Surround Sound. Your maid will come every day (unless you ask otherwise) to ensure everything is kept clean for you.
The villa’s private gardens are fully landscaped with a variety of tropical plants, palms and water features. The terrace has outside seating, a rustic swing bench and even a fan to keep you cool whilst you enjoy your morning coffee. The gardens are in the sun all day long so you can sunbathe and finally get round to finishing off that book or listening to your favourite music through the powerful speakers in the lounge. Should you get too hot, why not take a walk down to the Communal Pool? Don’t forget that this is not a holiday complex, but an executive development where most people are actually residents and so the pool is generally free for you to enjoy alone.
The villa boasts four double bedrooms, each of which has a queen or double bed. Three have en-suite facilities and a fourth bathroom is available on the ground floor. The upstairs floors are tiled to keep you cool and two of the bedrooms have their own balconies to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Towels and linen are provided for your use and will be changed and laundered by your maid.

Whether you want to spend the day playing golf, scuba diving, water skiing, watching the kids in the waterpark, lying on the beach or shopping 'til you drop (to name but a few of the activities available locally), nothing beats a home away from home to make your holiday just perfect. The white, palm tree lined sands of Jomtien Beach are a short walk away with parts devoted to just about every water sport you can think of and other parts reserved for those wishing to while away the day in peace under the tropical sun.
Pattaya is legendary for its nightlife, with restaurants, shows, bars, clubs, bowling, cinemas - need I go on? The villa is 5 minutes away from all of that yet on a tranquil development where your sleep won't be disturbed after a night on the town.
What's more, for couples sharing or families, the luxury of extra space is extremely cost effective - three rooms in even a cheap hotels will cost you more per week than the villa, and that's before you add on car hire , which is included in the villa price).
