This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located 1km from the town of Pollensa and 6.5km from the sea (only a 5 minute drive down a long straight road). The house is down a long drive away from the road so is very quiet and private. Downstairs there are 2 lounges, one with a fire place and the other opening onto the terrace, a dining room, kitchen, laundry and full bathroom. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms, one with a sitting room, and a large full bathroom. All is well decorated in traditional Mallorcan style. Outside, beside the kidney shaped pool, is a large covered BBQ area with an enormous table perfect for summer bbqs and parties.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The rest is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A 300 euro security deposit is to be added to the final payment. It will be returned in full within 2 weeks of departure from the villa if no loss or damage has occured. Change overday Saturday.
