The house is about 250 years old built in the typical rural Tuscan style with low beamed ceilings, small cosy rooms and tile or brick floors. The rustic kitchen has all modern amenities, dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezers, hob and oven, an electric coffee maker and toaster. A washing machine is in a separate area. The rooms are comfortable and basically furnished, making it an ideal and carefree family holiday home. There is a large, bright, high ceiling sitting room with views over the adjacent hills and outside, an ancient bread oven with attached brick barbecue. The swimming pool (8.4 x 3.5 mts) is on a raised level and fenced for safety. The property is completely private making it a perfect place for peace and relaxation. There is ample space outside for parking and for sitting and dining 'al fresco'.
