Above rental rates apply for up to 6 people per week. If more than 6 people then a supplement of £25 per person per week will be charged for each additional person. Air conditioning in all rooms can be provided at an additional cost of £60 per week.
The villa is perfectly set in a quiet location 200 metres from the sea with superb views. There are 15 restaurants within 15 minutes walk, catering for all tastes as well as local shops, bars and banks. There are many golf courses catering for the golf enthusiast where clubs can be hired. There is a regular bus service to Torreveija where there are two daily markets. A water park, fun fair and boat trips to nearby islands are available.
