NZ$550 per night for Deluxe two bedroom Apt Karanga sleeps up to 6. Short Term Rates valid 31.3.10 and includes: private airport transfers with flower ei greeting, first mornings breakfast, housekeeping every second day, snokelling gear and tour desk.
Long term rental (over 16 weeks) rental rates:
NZ$395 per week for standard two bedroom Apartment Ra) max 2 people.NZ$650 per week for Deluxe two bedroom (Apartment Karanaga) max 4 people.
Long term rates include one housekeeping service per week. Power, phone and gas costs are not included in weekly rate.
All Kakera apartments are self contained with private plunge pools. The laundary area is shared.

Kakera is set at the foot of lush tropical foliage covered mountains and valleys and along side the Pacific Ocean. The sound of waves breaking on the reef and the salt spray it creates fills the air of Kakera. This local island spot is the perfect eco location for your tropical island holiday experience.
We do recommend to be able to see all of this beautiful and safe Pacific island, that transport is essential. Our local bus stops at the gate and our local rental company will deliver a well serviced car (NZ$35 per day) or motorbike (NZ$20per day) or bike (NZ$10) to our door.
Major airport is Rarotonga Airport 10 km away.
Car use is recommended.
