Impressive, newly constructed stone built house set on 3 floors, detached & private, yet within the village. The property has wonderful mountain views and is located at the side of a natural river. Although the house is only 4 years old it has been built in the traditional Mallorquin style and therefore has the advantage of modern fixtures and fittings but with the character and originality of the typical Mallorquin home. The interior is decorated & furnished to a high standard whilst remaining comfortable & welcoming. Spacious covered & open terraces allow plenty of opportunity for leisurely lunches or a 'laze' by the inviting pool. On the lower level is an enchanting garden area with BBQ, lawn, orange & lemon trees and a shaded corner seating area just perfect for curling up with a good book.

Note:
All bedrooms have air cooling fans Although we do not ban smoking, we would prefer, for the comfort of all guests, that smoking is restricted to the terraces and balconies. Two of the three double bedrooms have super-kingsize beds, one with en-suite, one with separate adjoining dressing room. The washing machine is housed in a separate laundry room which also has a tumble dryer and deep sink.
Location
Fornalutx is a beautiful village set in the Soller valley amidst the magnificent Tramuntana mountain range. The village of Fornalutx is recognised as being one of the most charming in Mallorca, and richly deserves its reputation. Narrow, cobbled streets and countless steps lead to hidden corners and delightful views over the tiled roofs. Surrounding the atmospheric village square are cafes, restaurants and shops with a bank and pharmacist close by. Soller, the nearest town, is approximately 10 minutes drive away and has a Saturday open market as well as many shops, cafes and restaurants. The famous vintage wooden trams take approximately 10 minutes from Soller to reach the Port of Soller and its sandy beach. Deia and Valldemossa are both within an hours drive of Fornalutx, along with many other interesting villages and coastal towns.

A Booking Deposit of 25% is payable on reservation, with the remaining balance due within one month of the occupancy date. All deposits are non-returnable. Bookings of up to 4 people will attract a 10% discount on the quoted rates. Change overday flexible.
Mallorca has a number of quality courses, with Son Termens being the nearest to Fornalutx. The course has 18 holes and is approximately 20minutes drive.
Entertainment/Shopping Centre
For visitors who may tire of the magnificent scenery and 'away from it all' lifestyle, there is a recently opened cinema/shopping complex, The Festival Park, within 30 minutes drive. The complex also has a bowling alley and numerous international restaurants.
