This executive villa has 4 large bedrooms, kitchen, utility, breakfast, family, sitting & dining rooms. The Hollywood style pool has a vanishing edge, fibre optic coloured lights, waterfalls, 6 person hot tub, brick paved patio & raised tropical planters. The master bedroom has TV/Video & luxury en-suite with toilet, twin basins, large bath, double shower cubicle & large walk-in wardrobes. The other 3 bedrooms (2 double beds & one with 2 twins) have large wardrobes & a separate bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bath & shower. The kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher. The family room boasts large TV with surround sound, DVD , 5 disc CD player, 5 speakers stereo, with leather sofas & chairs for relaxing. The house has been designer furnished. It boasts custom draperies, Swaraski crystal chandelier, hand cut Italian marble table, marble pillars & ceiling fans.

This home is recently constructed and is the same model used as the original show house for the estate. We have many of the same features as the show house but have done them a bit better. The vanishing edge pool is the only one in the neighbour hood. It has a small water fall from the hot tub to the pool and a larger one off the back edge. The sound of moving water is a relaxing reminder that you are on holiday! We also have floor to ceiling mirrors in the entry way which reflects the Swaraski Chandelier. We also display some original oil paintings as well as some numbered prints.
Restaurants and Shopping:
The South Fort Myers area has terrific dining and shopping. We are very close to the Bell Tower Mall, an upscale mall with fine shops and restaurants. It is anchored by a large Saks Fifth Avenue and has several fine restaurants located in it. Our favourite is D'amico's which offers a bottomless glass of wine. The first glass is $4.95 and then the wine flows for free until you have finished your meal.
LOCATION
Our home is located in a quiet area of Fort Myers, which is approximately 10 minutes drive from the main beach area and the beautiful island resort areas of Sanibel and Captiva. Fort Myers has been the winter home to many famous people including Thomas Edison, Henry Firestone and Henry Ford. It is the sunniest place in Florida, which is why these individuals chose to live here. Fort Myers is know as “The city of Palms”. McGregor avenue alone has over 1,000 palm trees. The gulf side of Florida is a quieter and safer option to the East Coast of Florida, however that's not to say that Fort Myers is a sleepy town. There are plenty of beach areas, restaurants, sports activities and shopping if you want it. Travelling to our home is easy as the nearest airport (Southwest Florida Regional Airport) is only 10 miles away. Alternatively, you can fly to Miami, Orlando or Tampa and drive to Fort Myers. We can provide directions for you.
Golf Information
There are 57 golf courses within 30 minutes driving from this home. The estate it is located on is between two of them. The Lexington Country Club golf course and the Crown Colony golf course. Crown Colony boasts a championship course with all the beautiful palms, sand and water you expect a great Florida golf course to have. You can see the island green on hole 13 just before the entrance to our estate. Both courses are open to the public, though Crown Colony is not recommended for new golfers.
