On lower ground floor not only is the double garage large enough for the car there is generous storage suitable for sand yachts/ windsurf boards plus a fully fitted laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, indoor drying lines. A sunny, cheerful large L shaped south westerly facing lounge/dining room on the ground floor has sensational uninterrupted views across the sea to Jersey. A perfect room to relax in, witness glorious sunsets or just while away the hours watching the scenery. The kitchen at the rear of the house is extremely well fitted with eye level electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer etc.

Mont St Michel, Granville, Bayeux, the Invasion beaches, Portbail, Barneville Carteret, Coutances, St Lo, Vire, all within easy access. The nearest towns for supermarkets are La Haye de Puits & Lessay both less than 8 kms away. The big market on Wednesday mornings in La Haye du Puits is worth a visit. In the village there is a large equestrian centre with horse riding on the beaches dependant on your level of skills. Boat trips to Jersey and surrounding islands also available along with day fishing trips. There are also boat trips available for dolphin watching. Sand yachting, wind surfing and swimming all along the beach, which is patrolled by life guards during the summer months.
