The accommodation is on one level and comprises of 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 smaller one (with bunk beds), bathroom, large lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room (seats 10), and separate utility room (fully equipped). Air conditioning. There is TV, DVD, satellite and CD music system. There are beautiful mature gardens surrounding the villa (in total 2000m2, ½ acre), and terraces from which to enjoy either the barbecue seating area or sunbathing areas outside the lounge looking on to the gardens. There is table tennis, basketball, badminton and volleyball. There is a small pool.
