Rates subject to Service Charge of 10% and VAT currently at 7%. Minimum of three nights except in the Peak Season which is five nights. Long term rates available upon request for more than 7 nights. Each villa is 125sq.m. is built in two units and each enjoys a deck area of 70sq.m. One unit comprises a Living/Dining area with a fully kitchen, guest shower/toilet and a “Loft” relaxing area, ideal for older children to play or sleep. The other unit has two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin with their own en-suite bathrooms and are air-conditioned with wide folding teak and glass doors that open out on to a large open balcony with uninterrupted sea views. You may prefer to sleep with the full width doors open to feel the cooling sea-breeze and the relaxing sound of the rolling sea only metres below. The Villas offer a tranquil retreat conducive to total rest and relaxation. Even if you a large group looking to be together you will find The Headland Villas give you the ability to find peace when ‘you’ want it.
All five of the Headland Villas are fully furnished to the highest standards with the aim of providing special environment including linen and towels. Equipped with cable/satellite TV (BBC, CNN, Discovery, HBO and Star Sports among others); a VCD/CD player, all intended to allow you to enjoy the kind of entertainment you like while keeping in touch with the ‘real world’ from you ideal vacation retreat.
Shopping trips are a mere 15 minutes away in Nathon, Samui’s commercial centre. Small restaurants abound in nearby villages or along the beach where you can dine at the water’s edge and experience some of the finest Thai cuisine, all at very reasonable cost. You can, of course, dine in the villas by arranging to have one of our cooks prepare ‘what you want, when you want’ without even moving!
Golf Information
A new golf course is being built at this time and due to open in June 2002, with a soft opening shortly prior to this. Initially an 18 hole course it will eventually be 36. The first fairways are complete so start making plans!
