These charming apartments are part of the oldest villa of the small town of Toscolano-Maderno. It was rebuilt in the 18th Century on the previous medieval walls of the only 1 house you could find in Toscolano. The smaller apartment has its own independent entrance and a portion of the beautiful garden of the villa, the other apartment is on the 3rd floor of the Villa (no lift) and it is completely water front. From their windows you can admire a beautiful view on the Lake. Situated in the characteristic and quiet port of Toscolano, it gives you the sensation of living in a magical world! Within 2 minutes walk you can reach the small beach of Toscolano Port. Within 10 minutes by car you reach the Toscolano-Maderno beach which offers you swimming, windsurfing and sailing.

Gas: from 01/01/2004 to 30/04/2004 and from 01/10/2004 to 31/12/2004 is not included and it is in according to the consumption. from 01/05/2004 to 30/09/2004 is included in the weekly rate. Saturday. Check in time is from 5.00pm - 8.00pm and check out time is not later than 10.00am. For late arrivals there is an extra charge of 70 euros. If you would like to book you will be asked for a 50% deposit on the total rate, which has to be paid by Bank Transfer. I will give you with pleasure bank details. Change overday Saturday.
The territory of the Park from Salo' to Limone offers everyone the chance to practice a large variety of sports. To windsurf most people go to Toscolano, Limone and Campione. Gyms for free-climbing are in Campione, Toscolano and Gargnano. You can also use a mountain bike near Gaino, Vesia and Cecina. There you can also practice horse-riding and trekking. Golf and archery in Cecina between Toscolano and Gargnano.
NATURE ROUTES
Driving along the SS45 bis along the lower Garda road you, on foot or on a mountain bike, you can admire the territory of the Riviera from Salom through Toscolano-Maderno, to Limone del Garda. Nature and culture are joined together in a unique landscape.
