The stated rental rates apply to full occupancy. The following deductions should be made per person per week- Peak season-£25 High season-£15 Mid season-£10 Low season-Nil Long winter lets are available at a negotiable price. Please note that a number of owners live throughout the winter in the apartments, and that the apartment has a wood burning stove in the lounge. Change overday negotiable.

Golf in the Western Algarve is freely available and offers excellent value for money.
Restaurants etc
Vila Da Luz is relatively small but still has around 75 restaurants and bars. They cater for all tastes, (and wallets !) with seafood obviously being a very important part of the menu.
