This is an exceptionally large apartment, which will comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The lounge has two sofas, one of which converts to two single beds or a double bed if required. There is also the flexibility of an extra fold-down bed, if needed, bringing the available accommodation up to 7. The beautifully decorated lounge with its huge patio doors, leading out to the open terrace area, gives the apartment a feeling of space and airiness. The large kitchen offers all modern conveniences as well as a breakfast table and chairs. The master bedroom is en-suite (bath/shower) and has French doors leading onto a small balcony. The terrace area includes a dining table and six chairs, two sun-loungers and a barbeque. There is secure underground parking with lift service. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and the system also provides heat, if necessary. Other extras also included, e.g. a cool box and ice packs, pool toys, etc. Smoking is permitted, preferably on the terrace.
